This position is responsible for managing application content and delivery, including maintenance of ongoing deadlines, preliminary quality review, and client collaboration.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Application processing
  • Use industry knowledge to evaluate an application for accuracy and completeness
  • Request, complete, and finalize all pending verifications
  • Responsible for the collection of all organization-specific documents
  • Primary source verification
  • Familiar with Joint Commission Accreditation Standards
  • Finalize application and review for quality assurance
  • Assist with follow-up on all MSO review comments and necessary investigations
  • Track pending verifications and application issues through committee review

Customer Service

  • Provide quality customer support to all levels of personnel
  • Excellent phone presence and strong written communication skills
  • Utilize critical thinking to resolve support and client questions
  • Collaborate with teammates to ensure client needs are met

Client Collaboration

  • Participate in weekly client coordination calls
  • Track and meet client application deadlines
  • Create and maintain successful relationships
  • Assist with special client projects
  • Assist with new client implementation as required


  • Associate’s degree
  • 5 or more years of relevant experience
  • Competent in the use of Microsoft software products
