CREDENTIALING SPECIALIST
This position is responsible for managing application content and delivery, including maintenance of ongoing deadlines, preliminary quality review, and client collaboration.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Application processing
- Use industry knowledge to evaluate an application for accuracy and completeness
- Request, complete, and finalize all pending verifications
- Responsible for the collection of all organization-specific documents
- Primary source verification
- Familiar with Joint Commission Accreditation Standards
- Finalize application and review for quality assurance
- Assist with follow-up on all MSO review comments and necessary investigations
- Track pending verifications and application issues through committee review
Customer Service
- Provide quality customer support to all levels of personnel
- Excellent phone presence and strong written communication skills
- Utilize critical thinking to resolve support and client questions
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure client needs are met
Client Collaboration
- Participate in weekly client coordination calls
- Track and meet client application deadlines
- Create and maintain successful relationships
- Assist with special client projects
- Assist with new client implementation as required
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree
- 5 or more years of relevant experience
- Competent in the use of Microsoft software products

- Strong time management skills, especially with demanding and recurring deadlines
